Full disclosure, I work in the same office as Liz Johnson, but that doesn't mean I'm not giving this book a fair review! While I've only worked with Liz for just under two years, I've admired her work ethic and business acumen for over 5. Moving to our KW office I had the good fortune to get the office right next to Liz. We often kabitz (sp?) about the business and life, but every month there would be a ton of packages littering Liz's desk and office floor. I'd ask her what they were and she'd calmly reply "Oh those are for my MVP program" as if everyone gave out fabulous gifts every month. Next month there'd be more, and I would often find myself wondering what she was giving out next month! I got bits and pieces of her program, but never the full meal deal. Well now I have it, and you can have it too! I had to wait for the book, I didn't even get a sneak peek, and I had to buy it just like you do! And you know what? It's fabulous! It's so simple, and well laid out, you can't help but be successful IF YOU DO IT! Read the book cover to cover, and get a plan together. It's an easy fun read, I read it in one sitting and am already crafting my three tiers of my program. Take it from me, Liz executes on this program flawlessly each and every month, and she is CRUSHING IT! This book was not written by an agent that sold a few homes at some point in her career. It's written by a top producing real estate agent that is now and has been in the trenches for many years. I highly recommend this book to anyone that's looking to start a career in Real Estate, or for anyone in Real Estate looking to take their business to the next level. If you are a real estate agent who feels they could improve their relationship with their past clients and sphere of influence, I would recommend picking up this book. Awesome book! As a Realtor for 14 years and past client of Brina Buffini, I love that Liz puts it all in a short, easy to read paperback book. I read it in just a couple of hours while waiting for clients in my car, unlike the many huge, long books on my shelves that I never finish. Plus, she actually gives you letters and emails to re-word to your personal clients!! Just now implementing the program, but can see how this will work better then Pop-By's and Door Knocking that so many others teach. I would much rather clients come to me than to show up at their house no warning. Thank you for sharing such an awesome system!!! -)
Liz Johnson shares a very creative and powerful trade secret she has put into play that has greatly contributed to her success as a Professional Realtor®. I had the advantage of knowing Liz, and how well she generates business before buying this book, so I knew that what she had to share was the real deal. This book is a gift – people in our industry would pay a lot of money for knowledge of this kind for a strong lead generating strategy. And as a fellow Realtor going on his 17th year in the business, I have never seen anything like this being put into practice before.
I was referred this book by a friend and the information doesn't seem very useful and practical. The book is 43 pages, more like a pamphlet, and doesn't go into detail on much. The program that the author talks about seems basic and doesn't have much depth to it, and after speaking with my broker, the advice in this book is against RESPA, despite what the author says. I wouldn't take any action before speaking to your broker, since my broker emphatically said, no that is illegal.

Be careful and check with your broker before doing anything!
I think this is a great idea (I’m a huge fan of gamification), but the book didn’t go nearly into enough detail to actually organize the referral/perks program. You still have to do pretty much everything by yourself. It’s complicated and requires a ton of planning. I expected some email templates and concrete examples of how this was done successfully. Most things were simply discussed in theory.
Absolutely awesome book that outlines a detailed system to 'Perk Your Sphere'.

If you are an agent, looking to set up a systematic way to increase your referrals, then you absolutely need to buy this book. The longer you wait to buy this book, the more money you are losing by not getting all the referrals you could be.

Just some of the things I love about this book

1. It is short and to the point.
2. It has a very simple and extremely powerful and proven system that you can implement immediately
3. No fluff - just the important stuff
4. It details how to stay out of trouble with RESPA while still rewarding those you love (and who love you too!)
